To create more revenue in your business, you need to attract and connect with your customers and new prospects. Social media can help, of course, but so can the five tools we list below—and none of them will take a chunk out of your working capital.
CardMunch: You no longer have to worry about losing an important client or customer’s contact information with this app. Simply snap a picture of the person’s business card and the information will be automatically stored digitally. Better yet, since the app is part of LinkedIn, you automatically get access to all their LinkedIn information and networks, too.
Creately: Get organized with all your customer outreach, advertising and marketing campaigns using Creately. Start by using the pre-existing templates for flowcharting and diagramming; then have the drag-and-drop app help you share ideas. Everyone on your team can leave comments and you can track progress. Creately works in the cloud and stores everything online, so you can access it anywhere, anytime.
Setster: Many customers prefer the convenience of making their own appointments online instead of calling your business and possibly playing phone tag with you, your employees or your receptionist. If your appointments are billable, Setster takes care of that, too: Customers can even pay through the app. The scheduler is collaborative, so if you or a customer has to cancel or reschedule an appointment, everyone involved gets a notice.
Vivastream: Next time you attend a trade show, seminar or other event where you plan to be doing a lot of networking, make sure you have Vivastream on your side. Vivastream’s web and mobile applications help event attendees connect with new people by telling attendees who else is at the event and suggesting people you should seek out based on the your profile.
Crowdbooster: With analytics on their side, Crowdbooster makes content recommendations, helps you schedule content and even tells you when the best times are to post content so you can improve your social media presence and website visitor traffic. The tools can also help you gain an understanding of what your customers want from you.
